Personal Information:

Kel - Probably Harlan P. Kelsey (b. 1872; d. 1958), Boxford, Massachusetts landscape architect. Member of the Southern Appalachian Park Commission charged with determining the location of a national park in the eastern US. Kelsey represented the Appalachian Mountain Club on the commission.

Cam - Probably Arno B. Cammerer (b. 1883; d. 1941), director of the National Park Service from 1933-1940. He was instrumental in the formation and early years of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, securing funding for the final land purchase from the Laura Spelman Rockefeller Memorial Foundation.
