Collection Scope and Content Note
This collection houses Louise Atkinson's World War II era scrapbook. Atkinson lived in the port town of Prince Rupert, British Columbia, and much of the scrapbook documents the military happenings of the time. Among the items included are numerous newspaper clippings of soldiers' weddings and news stories discussing the town of Prince Rupert. The collection also houses numerous letters written to Atkinson by well-wishers expressing their hope that she will soon be well of an unspecified illness.
