This collection consists of a 15-page book, US Military Government SOP for Use by Occupational Troops. Attached is a "Restricted" memo, dated July 30, 1945, from F.I. Agule, Lt Col, AGD, Adj Gen., which states that this SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) was to be used "in the American area of the Karlsruhe Bezirk." Also attached are replacement pages for pages 1 and 2.
