Biography / History
Richard Graham was born in Hazel Green, Alabama in 1923. There he completed high school. He attended Auburn University in 1942 for two quarters and studied Agricultural Administration. Graham returned to Auburn in 1946. After graduation, he managed an agricultural processing plant, managed traffic for a chemical company, and then went into real estate.

The Richard Graham Oral History, 1999, is a typescript from an oral history interview with Richard Graham by Dr. Kurt Piehler and Jeff Norrell of the University of Tennessee for the Veteran's Oral History Project conducted by the Center for the Study of War and Society. The interview focuses primarily on his World War II experiences, but also covers pre-war and post-war periods.
