Biography / History

These essays might be the teachings of Edward Slaughter (1655-1729), of the Jesuit English College at Liege, Belgium. Some of his works (found at the Georgetown University Special Collections Library) include Tractatus de Incarnatione, Tractatus de Sacramentis in Genere, Tractatus de SS. Eucharistia Sacramenta, Tractatus de Penitentia, Tractatus de Jure et Justitia, and Tractatus de Horographia...de Sphaera.
