Biography / History
Major Roscoe Carlisle d'Armand (1892-1972) from Knoxville, TN, was a very influential Tennessee Society History member; he started the Chattanooga chapter and is the dedicatory of their library in the East Tennessee Historical Society building in Knoxville. d'Armand published DeArmond Families of America & Related Families in 1954. He married Virginia d'Armand on June 17, 1924.
