The 13 boxes are accompanied by oversized awards, framed pictures, reels, ledgers, slide boxes, and a flag of the United States.

The portion of a box devoted tot he American Enka papers is of a particular interest because these papers date earlier than the other materials included in the Chamber of Commerce collection. Apparently, subscriptions were sold to local businesses to support the construction of the American Enka Corporation in Knoxville. The related subscription lists, bank books, correspondence, receipt books, and resolutions are included.
