Abstract:
This addition to the World War II Collection contains an array of materials documenting the experiences of soldiers serving in the European, Pacific, North African, and China-Burma-India Theaters of the war. Of particular interest is the correspondence between those who served and their relatives and William E. Boice's accumulation of items documenting the 22nd Infantry Regiment of the 4th Infantry Division, which was instrumental in the D-Day landing of 1944.

Of particular interest is the correspondence between those who served and their relatives and William E.
