Biography / History

Julia Frances Hammond Spring was born in Franklin County, GA., January 11, 1822. She was married to B.F. Spring of Bradley County, Tenn. She was active in the Methodist Church, was of a strong mind, and "was ready to undertake anything laudable for the advancement of the church's interests.
